Cell Inserting & Pre-Welding Machine
This equipment is mainly used for cell inserting process of prismatic hardcase li-ion battery. Complete the base cell insert in the aluminum shell, pressing and flattening, and the cell cover and aluminum shell pre welding, etc.

>Step detection for top cover end surface and can opening.
>Step height between the end surface of the top cover and the can opening: ≤ 0.25mm
>Gap between the top cover and the inner surface of the can: ≤± 0.08mm
